Manager - Digital Marketing/SEO - Real Estate

Looking to hire a strong SEO Manager under Digital Marketing team for a leading Real Estate Ecommerce company in Bangalore.

Candidate Profile :

- 6+ years of hands-on technical and strategic experience across content and technical SEO

- Familiarity with core performance marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools related to SEO (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Botify)

Self-starter who can work of his own based on the new things to be launched or figure out the issue & fix those issues if any on priority

- Expertise with the latest SEO industry best practices

- Have in-depth knowledge of the Google algorithms

- Proven track record with SEO testing to increase impressions, traffic and conversion rates

- Managed large sites (over 5 million pages) with significant organic search traffic

- Preferred candidate BE / BTech (Comp/IT) & had worked in the product based organization

- Should have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Wordpress

- Must have knowledge of App store optimisation & Youtube search

- Must know how Google Algorithm works for local queries

- Must possess Good analytical skills

- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines.

Job Profile :

Develop the SEO growth strategy, including site architecture, link-building, content quality, and content development

- Analyze performance data to identify and execute opportunities to drive higher rankings in SERP

- Build processes around new page development processes, on-page optimization, structure data, navigation, etc.

- Help development team to create in house SEO tools

- Handling SEO agency and/or contract management experience

- Developing link building strategies to increase the DA of the website

- Implement page-level tests to increase ranking, traffic etc.

- Must have implemented local listing at scale

- Create proper reporting structure
