Manager - Digital Marketing - Retail

Function : Retail

Sub Function: Marketing Services

Role :

- Execute digital marketing strategy across all services offered by the company.

- Devise strategies to build credible content with respect to the services

- Drive awareness about the service offering resulting in online lead generation

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including video and display advertising, SEO, SEM, Social Media and PPC to improve the quality of inquiries and therefore conversion to lead at the lowest acquisition cost

- Responsible for media planning and budgetary control of digital marketing activities associated with services and lead management

- Responsible for delivery of Lead Generation targets for the consumer services offered by the company

- Evaluate customer online habits and competitor activity on the digital platform to improve engagement levels of consumers

- Build alliances with platforms and properties where potential customers tend to engage.

- Build online engagement with institutional consumers to promote use of our services and tools

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments on the digital platform including but not limited to virtual reality / 3D visualization to make interaction easier and more relevant for consumers of the service across platforms of mobiles and laptops.

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from premier business school

- Experience: 5 years+ relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Online Lead Generation, Online Media Planning, Programmatic buying, Content Creation, Affiliate Marketing, Web Analytics, SEO, Social media marketing, CRM, Business Analytics, Process Excellence,,

- Personality Traits: Good Presentation & Communication skills, Excellent Project Management Skills, Market Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, Creative Acumen and a Collaborative Approach towards completion of designated tasks
