Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description :
- Be an important part of a dynamic & rapidly evolving sector - Retail
- Lead the Digital strategy & thinking for entire company
- Design & execute the Digital campaigns and all other online initiatives
- Work closely with Digital agencies on campaign ideation, creative strategy, segmentation, budgeting across Digital platforms
- Planning & managing our Social media platforms
- Analyze & report each Digital campaign's performance with inputs for improving efficiencies & plan deliveries
- Be the interface between company's offline & online businesses for Digital initiatives & handhold whenever required
- Analyze Digital trends, be abrest with the evolving tech & track competitive activity across Digital platforms
Interfaces :This person will work closely with multiple teams across the board :
- Internal - Marketing Team, Category Teams, Designers, Ops Teams
- External - Digital Agencies, Creative Agencies
Skills & Experience :- Bachelor's Degree/P.G in marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Digital marketing role
- Experience at Digital marketing agencies
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of various digital platforms, best practices & analytics
- Up-to-date on the latest trends & technologies in digital marketing space
- High of creativity & good communication skills would be preferred
- Ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams, managing complexity and getting work done
