Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 6 + years of experience in any industry. . You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Your role will involve working closely with the marketing team to optimize the company's online presence and reach targeted audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and refine digital marketing strategies that align with the company's real estate objectives. Leverage your industry experience to identify opportunities and trends to stay competitive in the market. Online Presence Management: Oversee and enhance the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other online channels. Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and design across digital assets. SEO and Content Strategy: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Develop and implement a content strategy that includes blog posts, articles, videos, and other formats to engage and educate potential clients.

- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, manage, and analyze paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to generate leads and conversions. Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI. Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging social media content, including property listings, industry insights, and community engagement. Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and comments. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, inform clients of new properties, and promote company services.

- Monitor email performance and adjust strategies based on data and analytics. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and present data-driven insights and recommendations to improve strategies. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns. Compliance and Data Security: Ensure that all digital marketing practices comply with industry regulations, including data privacy laws. Implement data security measures to protect sensitive client information. Qualifications: Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the real estate industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO software, and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing. Experience with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate compelling content. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Knowledge of real estate market trends, terminology, and regulations. Adept at project management and multitasking.
