Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing SEO/SEM) for Chennai based Real Estate Company:

Candidates from Real Estate Companies would be preferred. Others if exceptionally good, can also be considered.

Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Skills (Desired)

- Close opportunities and achieve quarterly quotas

- Maintain and expand database of prospects

- Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in creating and executing digital marketing, SEO and digital campaigns

- B2B inside sales experience is desirable

- Extrovert, excellent communication, high eye for detail and proactive

- Analytical bend of mind, ability to connect to people, build relationships and come up with new ideas in the area.

- Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders

- Should be well aware of industry best practices and well connected with industry peers

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills
