Talhive is looking for a person excited about Digital Marketing Manager to manage all digital marketing activities (eg. Facebook, Google etc.) of our Client. This is a full-time role based out of our Mumbai office. Our client is a vernacular podcast platform where you can listen to stories, talks, news and more. The product is currently available in Hindi and they are working towards supporting multiple languages and making it available within the next 2 months. they are re-inventing the radio in India so that people can listen to rich and personalised content on the go. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute all web, ASO, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Key Skills - Proven working experience in digital marketing - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Highly driven by data and thorough knowledge of analytics tools - Experience in setting up and optimising FB/Google Adwords campaigns - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - Loves Numbers &amp; Can work on Excel swiftly - Experience- 2-5 years in Digital Marketing
