1. Manage and execute social media campaigns for Lifesciences platform, clusters and infrastructure projects through audience identification, benchmarking, competitive research and platform determination.

2. Generate, edit, publish and share frequent content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages Lifesciences community members to engage.

3. Set up and optimize Rx Propellant's pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.

4. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).

5. Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success.

6. Execute search engine marketing (SEM) experiments & tests, collect and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

7. Track, report and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.

8. Create editorial calendars and syndication plans.

9. Continuously improve campaign strategies by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

10. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Leasing teams to manage reputation, recognize key players and coordinate actions.

11. Liaison with external vendors on creatives for social media.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Marketing or Business.

2. Proven 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or SEO/SEM.

3. Familiarity with the Lifesciences industry will be preferred.

4. Professional certification of Digital Media Marketing, SEO, SEM will be preferred.

5. Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

6. Excellent content writing skills.

7. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

8. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

9. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

10. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

11. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

12. Exceptional attention to detail.
