- Digital Marketing Lead, Content and Social Media Strategy, Employer Branding.
- Solely responsible for assessing, activating & optimizing digital marketing efficiencies across 17 divisions.
- Deploying the digital strategy roadmap for Domestic Formulations business - evaluating brand plans, annual budgets and devising an omni-channel strategy.
- Evaluating effectiveness of various mediums by developing ROI metrics for each campaign. Track ROI as per the defined metrics and optimize media mix accordingly.
- Leveraging existing tools and database for wider reach. Exploring possibility of localizing communication to enable content curation with influencers.
- Building brand voice on relevant social media channels. Devising strategy to build brand recall and brand consideration through organic media. Creating creative and compelling content for audiences across all platforms.
- Identifying new source of growth like Doctor network platforms to target HCPs in order to accelerate growth and create a niche audience.
- Collaborating with e-pharmacies for a long-term content plan to reach out to end users directly with accurate targeting and develop a sales funnel.
- Leading the channel vertical to develop a retention model for 6 divisions using digital media
