Digital Marketing - Manager (Paid Media)
Job Purpose :
- This role will be responsible to lead all work in Digital Media Planning and Buying that will deliver key business KPI's to drive business growth
- This role will require the resource to be a maverick in performance driven campaigns
Job Responsibilities :
- Create a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign
- Strategic bent of mind to lead our digital media strategy to deliver set business KPI's
- Focussed to l drive high quality traffic through data driven insights, to drive acquisition, activation of members into the programme
- Will need to be comfortable with daily campaign optimisation & ownership to meet Cost per lead, Cost per activation and other related goals
- Will need to conceptualize and work with visualizer & creative teams to build relevant segments basis specific creative ad formats.
- Ownership in management / control of media budgets for specific campaigns
- Excellent expertise / experience on Google Adwords, UAC, Programmatic- DBM and DCM is a must
- Should be comfortable working on latest bid management techniques
- Stay updated with latest developments and ensure InterMiles is the first to embrace new trends in digital marketing
- Should be proficient in working on DMP- 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data sources to drive targeted campaigns
- Agency Collaboration, Search & Display team to create a detailed media plan towards meeting the goals of the campaign
- Curate insights from Adwords, FB Audience insights, DS and DCM on customer segmentation and journey. Validate optimisation hypotheses through A/B testing
- Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimise ROI, including highlighting potential investment tradeoffs between channels
Desired Candidate :
Qualification & Education : Bachelor's/PG Degree. Knowledge on best practices, principles on digital media
