Role:

- Serve as the driver for Digital Marketing initiatives for OTT India

- Strategize, monitor, report and digital marketing plans, campaigns and execution as per expectation.

- Coordinate with digital marketing agency for acquisition, retention/ CRM, organic and marketing analytics, as required, to build and deliver on digital marketing plans and requirements.

- Maintain extensive communication across stakeholders and build strong strategic relationships and market knowledge to be able to drive towards business plan achievement and success on key metrics on scale and efficiency.

- Report regularly to stakeholders on developments, target achievement, and initiatives.

- In concert with other members of the organization, take a "big picture" perspective and seek to maximize our total digital marketing return.

- Social media management across platforms - FB, YT, Twitter, Insta and any other emerging platforms

Skills & Competencies:

- 8 to 10 years of experience working with a number of digital marketing channels and properties and strong relationships in the eco-system.

- Understanding of various issues pertaining to digital marketing with the ability to problem-solve situations and build robust systems and processes to perpetuate best practices and optimal overall digital marketing performance.

- Understanding of programmatic and ad-network channels.

- High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Ability to build business cases, persuasive data-driven communications to key stakeholders to drive alignment on key priorities and implementation plans.

- Ability to roll-up sleeves and get hands-on as required.

- Have a strong understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem and keep pace with new developments, technologies and trends.

- A passion for the entertainment business and a strong understanding of popular culture in India

- Excellent communication skills sideways, upwards and with team members. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success.

- A strong belief in our culture.

- Experience with or significant exposure to paid digital marketing - MBA from a tier 1 institute.

- Bachelors from a tier 1 Institute (preferably a Tier 1 technical/ analytical degree - Comp. Sc./ Math/ Statistics).
