2. Conceptualize, Lead & Review the practice of Closed Loop Marketing process to achieve excellence in Marketing Communications.
3. Conceive & establish Digital Customer relationships management practices across all stakeholders.
4. Envisioning & driving engagement via integrated online marketing programmes.
5. Building strategic framework
6. Leading the Digital transformation of marketing & management teams
7. Extensive expertise in key digital principles.
8. Significant experience working with 3rd party suppliers, including digital agencies and software vendors
9. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
10. Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
11. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
12. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
