Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is India's biggest online platform for travel experiences and activities. They have around 8 Million users every month who uses their platform to discover and book travel experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Responsible for PPC campaigns with large budgets.
2) Lead and conversion optimization.
3) Marketing Automation and retention.
4) Deep analytical mindset, loves number crunching.
5) Optimizing conversion funnel.
6) Launching new categories and verticals.
Requirements :
1) Strong analytical skills with previous experience in PPC.
2) Demonstrable leadership and decision making skills.
3) Should be able to lead a team.
4) Good understanding of marketing automation.
5) Willing to get shit done to grow things 100X.
6) Willing to pick problems and without adequate resources, and figure out solutions.
7) Understands UI-UX and customer journey.
8) Doesn't really care what digital problems need to be solved, be it retention, app installs, website transactions, automation, launching new products and portfolios.
9) Pro Project management skills, can manage a team but would even deliver even without a team.
10) Multitasker, you will never have enough time.
11) Well versed with a diverse digital landscape like content marketing, performance marketing, media buying, product marketing, customer sentiments, NPS, funnel optimization, email marketing and a lot more.
