Digital Marketing (for a funded startup dealing with groceries & daily needs)

- Manager Marketing/Customer Acquisition will lead the efforts to acquire customers and deliver a best in class mobile experience for the company's customers.
- This position will manage mobile marketing customer acquisition campaigns, including (but not limited to), social media, mobile and online advertising, promotions and other viral marketing strategies.
- The candidate will also manage the design and issuance of all marketing collateral including mobile, digital and web media, while insuring consistency with overall marketing strategy.
- The ideal candidate will have experience leading mobile marketing efforts for a consumer focused company, with proven success in growing the user base of mobile app users and catalyzing continued growth.
Core Duties :
- Manage development and execution of b2c initiatives and programs that drive customer acquisition and usage of company's mobile commerce application, app adoption and eCommerce strategies, including: stimulating product usage, driving downloads and driving revenue through the iPhone and Android apps, mobile websites, and all other new apps or mobile platform offerings.
- Manage agency resources to deliver and optimize mobile display, QR code, SMS, and other mobile marketing media buys.
- Work with agency and internal partners to deliver creative such as online marketing banners, mobile display banners, paid search ads, emails, landing pages, on-site promotional placements and SMS messages.
- Work with agency and internal partners to setup tracking of SMS and Push Notification messages and provide reporting and analytics of campaign performance.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Relevant experience in implementing viral, next-generation marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational & time management skills. Proven abilities to effectively manage & complete multiple priorities and projects.
- Knowledge of software development and deployment practices in order to properly position our products in the marketplace.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture.
- Strong analytical skills: capable of effective and efficient use of market research, business forecasts and other quantitative & qualitative data. Demonstrable ability to use such data to help inform and shape marketing strategies, plans, and activities.
- Experience managing media and creative agency relationship
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred.
