- Own the squad's goal and work with partner teams in design, technology & content teams to meet the objectives
- Strategically break down the levers of growth into different buckets and define opportunities to go after them.
- Define & prioritize the product roadmap balancing short term wins & long term value creation
- Own and manage various websites and digital products of the group
- Own and manage the digital implementation of loyalty programs food delivery initiatives and app based initiatives
- Execute independently with high quality & a clear focus on creating impact.
Analysis:
- Analyze, Learn, Improve, Repeat. Communicate our strategy, roadmap, and our key metrics in regular product sync-ups to peers & other teams
Requirement:
- Looking for someone primarily from B2C products/ organizations with 5-8 years of experience
- Someone who has shipped several high impacts features end-to-end in their previous organization Who has worked on a consumer product, specifically on problems related to growth, conversion & pricing
- Who feels at home diving into data & drawing out insights. Can see the difference between good hypothesis-backed a/b testing v/s "let's see if this floats".
- Thinks deep and bring clarity to what they want. Uses judgment & experience to make good decisions.
- Has a high sense of ownership and a passion for product management.
