Digital Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
Marketing operations : Strategy & Execution
- Partner with Founders's office/Sales team to design growth campaigns and drive digital marketing activities
- Conceptualize digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media across verticals
- Drive and lead traffic generation campaigns for different academic verticals, within budgets
- Identify the latest trends in the industry and craft purposeful campaigns around them
Metric Ownership :
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess with goals
- Prepare an overall report on the digital marketing performance
- Utilizes analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Oversee our social media accounts for effective engagement
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
Business Acumen :
- Good understanding of the market trends, customer behavior patterns, and competitions
People :
- Collaborate with internal teams (editorial) to create high-impact marketing collateral pages and optimize the user experience.
- Partnering with HR to hire, build and train employees and thereby build a digital marketing team
