Who are we looking for ?

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is a generalist in Demand generation Digital Marketing, data focused, analytical enough to strategies and plan Performance Marketing Campaigns, but creative enough to come up with Mind-boggling copies. You will be responsible for generating MQL's ( Marketing Qualified Leads ) through demand generation efforts, build a CPL & ROAS efficient pipeline and run organic & paid campaigns to translate MQL's to SQL's

How does your first 10 Days Look like?

- You meet your buddies in office, exchange welcome notes with our HR

- You will be given all the assets to understand the product and a Point of Contact if you get any doubts on your way

- You will be given Recruitment Training to make sure you understand what you market

- You take a deep breathe and let all the overwhelming information soak in

How does your 1st Month look like?

- You've wrapped up your head around all the complexities & challenges

- You have completely understood the product, category & industry alongside our ICP

- You have audited every marketing material, marketing initiatives and have plans/strategies ready to be executed

How Does your first 3 months look like?

- You would have established and set up all the channels that you shall own

- You would have studied our top 5 direct and indirect competitors

- You would have grown our MQL's by 2x

- You would have optimized our CPL's & ROAS by 15%

How Does your first 6 months look like?

- You would have implemented CRO Techniques to Optimise Website Funnels,

- Landing Pages etc

- You would have grown our MQL's by 10x

- You would have optimised our CPL's & ROAS by 20%How Does your first 12 months look like?

- You would have implemented various Growth Hacks

- You would have figured out the right recipe to scale our marketing machine

- You would have grown our MQL's by 20x

- You would have optimised our CPL's & ROAS by 30%

KRA's you will own:

Primary:

- Meet Quarterly MQL Targets with a mix of Paid + Organic approach

- Build Optimum CPL's & ROAS

Secondary:

- Assist in Setting up Processes, campaigns & Tools for MQL to SQL conversion

- Manage end to end Social Media Assets ( Social Handles, Communities etc )

Channels you will own:

- All Social Media

- Email Marketing

- Performance Marketing

- Tools you should be well versed with

- Any Popular CRM ( Freshworks, HubSpot )

- GA4

- Wordpress

- Chat-GPT

- Sheets/Excel

- Role Clarity

- You will be managing a team of 3 people to begin with( Performance Marketer + Content Writer + Digital Marketing Executive ) and work alongside a marketing team of 8 to 10 peeps

- You will be directly reporting to our AVP of Marketing
