Job Objective :

- A Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including social media.

- Internet Marketing Specialist, would be responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing a company's product online, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization for web & app, among others.

- Leading various online promotions and performance campaigns to achieve company's business objective, as well as perform consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers via the Internet.

- The candidate must be interested for taking an additional role of ORM and online PR

Description :

- Develop digital marketing plans to increase traffic and engagement with new, prospective customers, building a best customer program that enables consumers to become passionate brand advocates, while also driving cross-category purchases.

- Accelerate app & web bookings, including programs with established and new e-trailers and strategic partners (key external stakeholders across the app and digital publishing space, and industry experts).

- Lead the thinking for mobile & web platform development - App & Website content, e-commerce partnership and community development, consumer research, marketing and website technology.

- Grow and upgrade organizational capability in the digital area and seamlessly integrate digital marketing into each marketing program.

- Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional partners including key stakeholders, creative, copy, web and app development, operations to ensure a consistent experience across all consumer touch points.

- Partner to develop advertising strategies for this space that provide key insights, meaningful engagements and build the brand with the key consumer targets.

- Prior experience and training in online brand building would be a strong credential. Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction and relationship would be appreciated.

- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Key Deliverables :

1. Setting up digital marketing footprint for all the service brands

2. Accomplishing organization level goals

Essential for candidate :

1. Strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copy-writing are desirable.

2. Hands on digital experience of 8-10 years in modern e-commerce industry. Startup environment preferred.

3. Creativity, Visualization, Analytical Skills with Consumer Focus. Ability to deal with ambiguity.

4. Passion for brand building and creativity are must require for this role. Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement.

5. Good communication, Interpersonal / interdepartmental liaisoning and Networking Skills
