Timings: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST (6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST- daylight saving)

Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
2. Plan and Execute digital campaigns and aggressive marketing strategies.
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROIs and KPIs.
4. Collaborate with internal team.
5. Lead generation from hospitals for available nurse vacancies.
6. Lead generation from nurses looking out for opportunities.
7. Lead generation via job boards and social media.
8. Building a brand image of the company with the hospitals and the potential recruits.
9. Maximum usage of digital, social media and email to reach out to the length and breadth of the U.S. to create leads.
10. To attract the best talent and the best hospitals by building a brand image online of the company.

1. Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
2. Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and energetic.
3. Demonstrate strong written and presentation skills.
4. Analytically strong to understand the trends in the market.
