About the role :

- Ability to jointly plan and design, and independently measure and report marketing campaigns that are in line with the practice priorities.

- Strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting

- Ability to build a complete communication plan for our B2B clients end to end

- Develop content for Blogs, Articles, Newsletters, Emails, social media and the company website and other creative requirements. Proofread the content for errors and inconsistencies. Proven content writing or copywriting experience is a must.

- Optimizing content for search engines using keywords, meta tags, and other SEO techniques

- Having experience of social media marketing and B2B Lead generation. Creation and execution of performance marketing campaigns for B2B lead generation.

- Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts

- Ability to scope, analyze, and present data in intuitive graphical formats and interesting frameworks

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Key Job Responsibilities Include :

- Work with the co-founders to understand business and marketing priorities, and assist in designing marketing plans and campaigns that will deliver business value

- Participate in strategic planning, assessment, and reporting. Support collection and analysis of measurement metrics and ROI reporting

- Manage and oversee the email campaign program including: executing email distribution strategy, campaign scheduling, and Areas of Interest (AOI) to support.

- Plan, create and manage B2B lead generation campaigns and manage Return on Advt Spent (ROAS) for effective campaign management and qualified lead generation. Effectively optimize digital campaigns to bring the Cost of Acquisition down.

- Monthly budgeting and provisioning for marketing expenses.

- Keep abreast with the changes in the business environment to understand market drivers and issues, competitive environment, target clients, to influence marketing plans

- Develop stronger client relationships and play a vital role in driving successful marketing programs by owning sections of larger campaigns

- Develop, implement, and own metrics and KPIs to measure success

- Strategic content development and copy-checking for all traditional channels and digital channels.
