One of the leading FMCG - Beauty & Personal care company wishes to hire the Digital Marketing Manager for their hair care category.
- The incumbent would drive the marketing strategy and program for online media, e-commerce.
- Develop and run brand campaigns
- Initiate research, mobile marketing, blogger programs
- Track brand matrix and landscape online
- Work with media partners
We invite applications from MBA graduates with 3 - 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (campaign management, consumer insight analysis, media planning, influencer relations and tracking) in an agency or E-comm marketing set-up.
- An innovator with keen interest in the digital space & its effect
- Should have hands-on experience in Data-driven marketing, use of analytics for actionable insights, mobile first or in some cases mobile-only approach, search marketing digital/social media communication methods.
- Abreast of industry best practices.
- Should be able to create media plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication and digital natives with high on digital consumption and swift on social platforms.
- The candidate should be able to establish close links opinion makers/drivers - such as Bloggers and other social media experts and constantly ensure a flow of these experts into the group via visiting talks, lectures, etc.
