2) At least one full time degree from Premier Institutions (B.Tech or MBA)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is hands on with at least 2 of the following core fields.
- Search Engine Marketing (Google AdWords (compulsory) and Bing Ads (value add))
- Facebook Advertising
- DoubleClick/DV 360 (programmatic)
- Mobile Marketing
- Yahoo Gemini/BrightRoll (DSP)
COMPULSORY SKILLSET
- Hands on capability to manage and optimize for large scale budgets on SEM, Facebook Ads
- Comfortable working in strong performance focused digital role with a keen eye for optimization opportunities
- Working knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, filters, pivot tables) is needed with extensive working capability on spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics will be preferred
DESIRABLE SKILLSET
- Good with mental maths/logic/data interpretation/problem solving
- Should have worked on automation strategies on SEM from a large account perspective - portfolio bidding, CPA bidding, experience with AMO, etc. (if from SEM space)
- Should have worked in extensive customer segmentation and understand campaign fatigue, creative fatigue, hyper localization for Facebook Ads (if from FB Ads space)
- Ideally, should have handled budgets of over 10 lacs per month individually in SEM or FB Ads per month
- Ability to merge digital knowledge with performance requirement for general insurance after understanding various insurance industry products and parameters
- Large scale display media buying is desirable
- Ease of working with Google Tag Manager, pixel placement
