End to end responsibility of kapiva website as a marketing engine. - Designing and implementing complete user experience and engagement - Driving traffic through content creation and SEO optimization as well as testing out paid avenues for traffic - Creating user flow minimizing drop offs across the funnel - Using analytical tools to monitor performance across website 2. Content - Creating video content - Overseeing entire content ecosystem (customizing based on feedback) - Creating and vetting user experience functions like online quiz 3. Marketing - Working with agencies (PR, Branding) 4. SEO Management - Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies - Coordinating website development activities, content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities - Managing SEO optimization, a team of content developers and the website content/execution Requirements - 2-4 years of experience in the digital marketing space - Experience in content creation - Understanding of aesthetics. - Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role - Experience with SEO reporting - Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) - Excellent communication skills Salary Offered : 5-9 LPA
