- At least 7 years of experience managing large scale digital marketing campaigns
- Strong expertise in FMCG domain
- Experience of creating social and content strategy.
- You must be data driven, analytical, self-actualized & enthusiastic with a proven track record
- Excellent understanding of SEO concepts and demonstrable experience of growing organic traffic at a previous organization
- Proven lead generation capabilities through paid digital mediums.
- Excellent hands-on exposure of managing large scale campaigns on Facebook and other ad platforms.
- Experience running both low budget and high budget campaigns that can generate a high number of leads at a favorable ROI
- Excellent track record of creating engaging broadcasts and campaigns to keep existing customers engaged via direct marketing efforts.
- Hands-on experience of managing direct outreach campaigns is required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- 7-10 years experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical background
- Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility and positive communication that motivates and influences achievement of team objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that changes rapidly
- Post Graduate, Preferably MBA/marketing major
