- Responsible for driving the end to end innovation process for brands across categories. Creating and managing brand innovation projects from concept development to market launch by working effectively with a broad cross-functional team.
- Responsible for devising and driving eCommerce and digital initiatives for all brands across categories.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns & digital media for all the Brands
- Develop and driving eCommerce and digital initiatives across categories
- Formulate a mechanism to track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives
- Closely work with brand team, design & media agencies and external vendors to develop and drive digital initiatives across all the brands
- Understand global/ India digital trends and gain insights which can be adapted for the business
- Should be able to demonstrate expertise in content development, social media initiatives, SEO/SEM, driving content on natives, ORM - Direct and through social listening, establishing measurable KPI and ensuring target achievements (DAR/DAE)
- Should be able to showcase strategic mindset for devising annual digital plans in liaison with brand teams
- Should be able to demonstrate the impact of digital initiatives on driving trials/business
- Should have handled/exposed to various analytical/tech tools - e.g. Google ad words, FB insights, sprinkler
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing
- Relevant Experience in Product Launch and Brand Management
