Opening with a leading Indian FMCG company
1. Provide leadership & guidance to the brand teams on how best to leverage opportunities in the digital arena
2. Participate in brand digital strategy development and execute the same in the market with the support of digital agencies and key digital partners
3. Track progress of strategy deployment, in terms of spending, platforms, channels and provide strategic advice to the brand teams
4. Understand consumer behavior and how they engage with digital as a platform beyond just media consumption
5. Work with CI (research teams) to define data standards, understand consumer behavior, develop measurable KPIs, design & manage media research projects
6. Manage the agency; ensure that agency is well resourced to deliver on function, liaison between agency and brand teams
7. Manage, track & lead digital agencies and key digital partners
8. Build partnerships across key trading partners. Manage their expectations across trading principles, capability building and strategic alliances.
