Grade: Manager
Location: Mumbai
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA with 4-6 years of experience
- Prior Experience in FMCG is preferable
- Experience in eCommerce on platform marketing/merchandising a must
Key Deliverables of the Role :
- Drive day to day sales through on and off-platform campaigns, pricing, partnerships, CRM etc
- Responsible for Content Management - online SEO, content optimization, managing new launches etc.
- Responsible for content marketing of products on various platforms
- Manage on platform and off-platform marketing for the Foods Business Unit
- Maximize ACOS or ROAS by right allocation of resources and day to day data driven approach
- Create digital business plan for the Foods Business Unit
Key Competencies :
- Ability to manage P&L - Own the digital sales and digital ACOS
- Understanding of various E-Commerce platforms
- Comfortable in working with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau
- Digital Enthusiast: Keen interest in digital trends around corporates, corporate influencers, technologies, trends in the market, new techniques (in media, digital marketing, consumer insights, analytics, etc.)
- Has strong consumer Understanding
- Manages and implements Projects with excellence
