The Marketing Manager has a crucial role within the organization. S/He oversees the general marketing aspects - digital and other, and developing sales plans together with other departments.

The job is to manage, coordinate, and organize brand and product marketing for the company's brand(s) and platform.

You will contribute to the brand marketing strategy, promote products via campaigns and develop campaigns, and make sure all external communications are managed and adhered to branding guidelines. In this role, you report to the CEO.

Job Profile:

- Devising innovative customer acquisition and marketing strategy, and effectively executing it for all channels

- Promoting products via effective ad campaigns, newsletters, etc.

- Planning and managing marketing programs and budget for Kwench's Platform (Content, Community and Products)

- Branding, positioning and messaging of new products

- Coordinating the creation of marketing materials

- Developing the look and feel of brand campaigns and translating it into the core marketing pieces, ad layouts and launch manuals

- Developing new ways to drive traffic and increase revenue through innovative communications

- Managing our external communications via website/content, print collateral and public relations/media relations activities

- Overseeing the marketing efforts pertaining to brand, brand positions, and brand strategy

- Creating and ensuring the company adheres to branding guidelines and standards

Position requirements:

- Masters/Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing / Consulting

- 4 - 5 years of marketing experience in eCommerce, B2B/B2C

- Digital Marketing experience must.

- Experience with serving several customer groups

- Commercial, with a strong customer focus and customer awareness

- Creative mind set with a pragmatic approach, experience in developing marketing materials

- Result driven, strong analytical skills and good financial understanding

- Ability to manage projects and budgets and to organize and plan workload effectively

- Entrepreneurial attitude, good understanding of different cultures and willingness to travel - Comfortable to work in a fast paced and changing environment

- Open minded team player with good communication skills
