Manager - Digital Marketing - Electronics Startup

A premium lifestyle electronics startup focusing on the kids segment is looking to hire Digital Marketing Manager for Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities :

- Lead & guide creative/ digital/ performance/ PR agencies to deliver desired results.

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.

- Build and execute a robust creative, digital, performance, branded content, community and influencer marketing strategy to reach target audiences at scale to drive growth across website and e-commerce platforms at optimum costs.

- Build and lead in producing and optimising content for marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, customer experience and brand engagement.

- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
