Job Description :
Role : Digital Marketing Manager
- Lead the digital marketing to implement paid and organic marketing strategies and tactics to support growth and acquisition of new customers largely app driven
- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channels' conversion and efficiencies
- Manage a pipeline for innovation across marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses
- Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution
- Help drive marketing analytics on all campaign ad hoc analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting
- Drive marketing on various social media channels and be adept at facebook marketing, adwords, afffiliate marketing etc.
- Help scale up customer acquisition through SEO and other organic channels.
What You'll Need :
- Relevant experience in driving large scale app installs through digital marketing
- Experience in dealing with large budgets or large number of daily app installs or both
- Ability to work in a fast paced challenging environment
- Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions and balance that with the 'art' of media strategy
- Self-motivated and strong collaborator
