Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position) :

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Identifying sources of traffic generation via affiliates and networks. Constantly work with networks, affiliates and publishers to get traction for campaigns / traffic / conversion

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements in the campaigns and website.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Competence (Skills, knowledge, experience and attributes required) :

Education : Master's in Business Administration / Post Graduate

Work Experience :

- 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing

- Experience in managing Digital Campaigns

- Execute successful consumer advertising plans that are creative, engaging, and testable, for new product launches and existing products and services

- Knowledge & Skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and Outputs

Expertise :

- Analyzing media mix models to develop measurable media channel plans with the agency

- Must have managed a digital agency, abreast with latest in the industry / business knowledge

- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving & planning abilities

- Team player

- Creative thinking and innovation

Self Starter and great in relationship building

Skills :

- Highly effective planning & organizing, managing multiple competing priorities & in meeting deadlines
