Digital Marketing Manager (females only)

- The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers using a range of online tactics including search.

- Your role will be to work closely with the data and communications teams internally, the digital marketing teams in the UK and external agencies and service providers to design and deliver an ECRM program with the objective of driving revenue from up-sell and cross-sell activity.

- Ideally this person will have strong CRM/ECRM experience gained in a digital business within retail, travel, gaming and consumer services or working in a digital agency.

- You will be an ECRM expert and have excellent project and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to speak comfortably about data and communications activity and be confident at managing creative and data agencies.

Desired Experience and Skills :

- 9-12 years of experience in eCRM and or Digital marketing with 2-3 years people management

- Degree in quantitative discipline

- Experience managing Direct Marketing (Strong email marketing with some traditional DM campaigns)

- Strong knowledge of databases and working knowledge of ESPs such as Teradata.

- Ability to write and edit HTML code and content (experience of CSS is also useful)

- Understanding of mobile technology

- Experience with managing large Paid Search campaigns and budgets (Google Adwords, Yahoo/Bing)

- An understanding of B2C 1:2:1 marketing and the challenges / opportunities this brings

- Excellent understanding of tracking technologies like Atlas, DoubleClick and analytical tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.

- Interpersonal skills managing and coordinating various stakeholder requests and objectives

- People and agency management experience

- Results driven, strong problem solving and attention to detail

- A confident user of Microsoft packages including Excel; must be able to use Excel for an analytical approach to marketing initiatives

- Conscientious, with exceptional attention to detail and personal ownership for their responsibilities

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Analytical with drive for results and excellence

- Proactive, tenacious & highly motivated

- Effective team working with smaller digital and wider marketing team

- Knowledge of digital trends and a passion for digital marketing

Requisite Skills :

- Intermediate to Advanced SQL and Advanced MS Excel skills

- VBA, Oracle or Teradata or any databases management software skills, SAS

- Multiple Project management, Stakeholder and People Management
