- This is an exciting role with a top B2C Firm. The incumbent would be responsible for spearheading the growth of this firm through various online sources. The role requires solid experience working with B2C firms and played a pivotal role in the growth phase

- Should have experience in leading the digital marketing initiatives in a reputed B2C online company

- Proven work experience of 3+ years in digital marketing

- Experience in target audience identification and creating campaigns that engage and inform the same

- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels and lead nurturing

- Manage all paid B2C digital marketing channels including Google, facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, etc and drive higher web traffic through SEO and SEM strategies

- Develop and manage content marketing, community management and remarketing strategies to establish brand awareness across the target markets

- Knowledge and experience in FMCG or e-commerce marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, paid search advertising, affiliate marketing, and e-mail marketing in addition to basic sales and marketing management

- Coordinate with business, sales, and product teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals

- Generate and win new business efforts including generating a robust new business pipeline, contributing to RFI/RFP responses for the Company overall, and specifically defining and driving process for the performance space

- Demonstrated ability to contribute to definition and implementation of processes and policies, inclusive of needs identification, design, KPI definition, documentation, training, and optimization
