- Drive the 360 digital agenda for the company & brand - Develop a robust e-commerce marketing strategy- own portal/ market places and drive execution in partnership with the channel sales team. - Develop a robust social media presence and engagement for the Brand - Define and develop plans for the organizations' success in digital marketing (along with Category leads) and e-commerce on the market places front (along with the sales team). - Drive sales and profit growth for own portal and market places (e-commerce) - Lead CRM and ORM initiatives. - Lead the relationship with Digital AOR. Desired Candidate Profile: - Master's in Business Administration from a top B School. - 3 - 5 + years' of work experience in digital and e-commerce space. - Understanding of FMCG functioning desirable. - Good understanding of changing digital landscape in India. - Experience in working with agency partners. - Ability to get along with people of all levels. - Keen learner and ready/willing to adapt to new environment. - Strong desire to win. - Must be willing to travel across India and abroad as per business need.
