Hiring for urgent position in one of the best and established retail organisation
Position : Digital Marketing Manager - eCommerce
CTC : 14-20 LPA, depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.
Job Specification :
- Attracting the target segment of relevant visitors to the Company website/mobile app is Critical to success.
- Therefore, we need an exceptional professional who will be responsible for brand presence initiation, execution and reporting through digital platforms such as Social Media, Website Engagement Database Management, SMS and Email marketing, Advertisements and PR.
- Plan and execute Social Media Initiatives.
- Initiating and executing Digital Advertising Campaigns.
- Procuring, managing and reach - out to various database.
- Initiation and execution of marketing plans across different mediums.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end - to - end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing Campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI & KPI's).
- Collaborate with Agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and evaluate its incorporation in the marketing plans.
- Work cross - functionally with the Client Servicing Team and Customer Experience Team to identify opportunities for growth.
- Undertaking online PR Initiatives.
- Extensive experience in digital Marketing.
- To develop a business plan for the brand.
- To work with the Marketing team on advertising, brand promotion activities, PR activities & the Creative Agency.
- Work towards creating a powerful & aspirational brand & a market leader in terms of quality, affordability & reach to the consumers.
- Make sales forecasts and manage season estimates, budgets and OTBs.
- Responsible for planning, strategizing for the product
- Formulation of brand marketing strategy
- Market Share Development of advertising
- Management of the advertising and promotional budget including allocation across expense heads
Education & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM - in Marketing or Business.
- Industry - Internet / eCommerce, with adequate years of relevant experience in the field of Digital Marketing.
- Experience with Google ad words / SEM is preferred.
- Strong analytical and data - driven thinking.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for detail.
- Up-to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
