Client E-Comm team is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to develop the strategy, evaluate and execute marketing plans around customer engagement.

This role will be responsible for managing customers across their lifecycle - acquiring new customers, ensuring repeat, reducing attrition & increasing consumption. He/she will also be responsible for consumer research, identifying consumer insights and developing new programs/processes to serve consumers better.

The ideal candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically, be an innovative leader who is data driven, an effective communicator, capable of handling multiple projects at once, one who thrives in a rapidly-changing environment, and has strong communication and people management skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1). Should have worked as brand manager for at least 5 years. And should have been in a digital planning role for at least 5 years.

2). Should be hands-on with digital creatives like microsites, banners, mailers and apps.

3).Should have understanding of digital media planning and execution.

Performance Marketing :

1. Execute Programmatic & regular Performance Marketing

2. ROI on paid marketing

3. Conversion

4. % ecommerce to overall business and growing that Organic and Direct traffic

5. Constantly working on SEO/ SEM

Organic and Direct traffic :

1. Innovative ways to drive more organic and Direct traffic

2. Conversion

3. Aggregators and alliances

a. Managing relationship with Aggregators

b. Growing but at the same time minimizing dependency on Aggregators

c. Work with CRM team to bring aggregator customers to our own platforms

d. Driving significant incremental revenue via alliances and partnerships

e. Sales Increase

f. Discount decrease Media

g. Managing digital media budgets, earned media, targeting

h. SEO, SEM, Precision Targeting

i. Media efficiency ,Productivity

Digital Creative Management :

1. Content Creation

2. Managing all digital creative /creative agency relationship

3. Liaison with Product and GTM team for campaign briefs.

4. Writes briefs for inhouse creative agency to plan and execute digital campaigns.

5. Writes and execute digital media briefs.

6. Reporting and insights on campaigns.

7. Overall impact brand image and sales

Social :

1. Overall impact brand image and sales engagement

2. Driving business through social connect

3. Driving e-commerce through social

4. Delivering National Marketing programs through social

5. Driving social listening and response program

Desired Profile

- A self-motivated individual who is unshaken by internal and external dynamics of the business and the organization.

- Should have 6-10 years of prior experience, should have been in a digital planning role for at least 5 years.

- Excellent Relationship Management skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Highly Motivated, positive attitude and work ethics desired
