We have an opportunity for Manager - Digital Marketing with an E-Commerce Company in Mumbai

Position: Manager - Digital Marketing

Qualification: MBA in marketing

Experience: 5 years marketing experience from which minimum 3-4 years should have digital marketing as key responsibility (e-commerce marketing is an added advantage). Work and exposure to premium lifestyle consumer-facing brands is preferred.

This position with drive key responsibilities around:

- Designing a world-class Website/ App/ M-site interface and experience. Developing & leveraging content and cataloging effectively will be key parts of this deliverable.

- Drive e-commerce business parameters like acquisitions, conversions, ticket-size and retention through effective communication programs and tie-ups

- Effectively managing social media and other digital media tools to build brand aura and engagement and advance specific business goals of growth of footfalls/ growth in site traffic and prioritized categories

- Work closely with the SEM and SEO in-house team and their agencies and provide creative and content support to maximize output

- Manage the digital creative and social media agency

- ORM and response management of social media queries along with the social and ORM agencies

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Reporters: The cataloging support team of 2-3 people will report to this position

Other requirements from the candidate: Superior communication skills, strong work ethic and timeline sensitivity, an understanding of the discerning consumer group, exposure to premium/ luxury brands.
