Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a leader within the organization by defining, executing and owning the Performance Marketing efforts & initiatives and driving them with a hands-on execution.
- Lead and manage performance-marketing channels like - Google, Facebook, Networks, Affiliates & more for Mobile Apps & Website.
- Define & measure metrics for performance - ROI, CAC, ARPU, Revenue & Retention on all digital performance marketing channels
- Engage in regular analysis, closely work with business insights team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimize them accordingly.
- Budget planning, management, allocation and strategic inputs on all Marketing Campaigns.
- Build & manage strong business relationships within the digital marketing ecosystem. Understand and manage dynamics to drive best practices in this function.
- Build strong internal partnerships to drive campaigns in line with goals & objectives of the team with alignment to overall growth & goals.
- Leverage technology, creativity and data driven insights to optimize campaigns by sharp contextual targeting and retargeting
- Continuously evaluate new opportunities, adopt new experiments & approach to find insights, learning and build them for scale.
Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications
We are looking for a experienced digital marketing professional who is passionate about driving user acquisition growth through performance marketing and has proven his capabilities in this domain by managing multiple channel / networks at scale.
- 3-4 years experience in Digital / Online Marketing at a startup / company preferably in eCommerce space
- Own/Master a specific paid media channel
- Have working and proved capabilities in a startup or high growth company.
- Experience in managing large budgets, campaigns and extremely high user acquisitions in a product driven organization, preferably online ecommerce or transaction driven services.
- Deep understanding of advertising products, processes, data, & others relevant to make this role a success within organization.
- Metrics driven with good understanding of systems, products, measurements, tracking through attribution tools among others.
- Strong understanding of digital & online advertising platforms and evolving landscape of online marketing.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing with multiple advertising agencies, networks, affiliates & partners.
