Our client is a manufacturer and couturer of innovative and ultra-modern rugs and carpets. They offer a variety of options from uber luxurious carpets that are studded with Swarovski Elements to Handwoven carpets made in Handspun Bamboo silk that resemble a canvas painting.

Started in 2009, the founders left their successful corporate careers and put together a team of designers and architects, who customise the individual pieces as per their client requirements. Their client list consists of large hotels and corporate offices across the world, and many star residences.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for handling social media presence for the company, while creating opportunities for Business Development via prominent Social Media channels.

What you will do:

- Working on International marketing via Emails, LinkedIn, etc

- Building and executing a digital media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification

- Implementing brand's web and social media strategy

- Social Media Marketing - Managing the Brand's Social Media accounts, publishing content on blogs, social media accounts etc.

- Customer Communication - Managing customer queries, complaints, de-escalate issues, engaging customer in dialogues etc.

- Building an effective brand ambassador network to manage online brand reputation

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- People with exp in Linkedin and email marketing (Hubspot)

- People with International Marketing exp through mailing, LInkedin etc.

- Demonstrable experience of 2 to 6 years in Digital Marketing and customer acquisition

- Should be able to design and run digital campaigns

- Should have an in-depth understanding of online marketing landscape to plan and execute strategies in affiliate marketing, search & display marketing, social media, and others

- High on energy, assertive and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Must be a strategic thinker with an analytical bent of mind
