Role: Digital Marketing Manager

This opportunity is for new brands that are in stealth mode & backed by major retail giant.

It's a house of Personal care D2C brands in the space of haircare, skin care & kids personal care.

In 2020, CoVid 19 affected every business, few positively and many negatively. However, E- commerce adoption has gone through the roof and we have seen consumer's e-commerce spends grow. India's fast-growing e-commerce market is seen growing by 30 percent a year to $200 billion (roughly Rs. 14,68,640 core) by 2026.

On the back of strong product-market fit and a change in human behaviour due to CoVid that buoyed e-commerce, we are currently building D2C personal care brands. The overall D2C market in India is expected to reach $100 billion in the next 7-8 years. We will be building a digital first content led approach to target this community of consumers. We aim to win shoppers at the moment of purchase by algorithmically managing demand forecasting, promotions and advertising spend, supply chain, content optimization and other aspects that help shoppers make online purchase decisions, all backed by Data Science.

Location: Mumbai

Experience:

- 4 - 6 years' experience in a digital marketing role

- Experience with personal care brand, D2C brand will be a plus

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the new age-digitally native consumers

Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Role in brief:

We are currently building an exciting multi-category, digital first, direct to consumer, commerce business for couple of new brands in personal care category. This person will lead the development and delivery of the house of personal care brand's digital presence and drive purchasing behavior using all available digital, direct to customer channels, including emerging platforms and technologies. The incumbent will lead all digital strategies including marketing campaigns, social media, SEM/SEO, web content and any other digital elements. He/she will be responsible for developing online advertising campaigns, developing associate programs in conjunction with agencies, advertising effectiveness control, management of online publishers, conducting market researches etc.

Key Deliverables:

- Responsible for driving the growth, development, execution & measurement of multi-platform digital strategies across the portfolio of brands.

- Develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies to connect the brand to the online consumers and drive traffic by providing a clear roadmap that orchestrates all relevant digital
channels and tactics into actionable plans that span web, content marketing, social channels, e- commerce, search and social advertising, SEO, marketing automation, applications and media outreach

- Work with the brand manager to develop content & community strategies to attract and engage our target consumers and business.

- Generate content concepts and timelines for social campaigns both regularly timed and related to product launches, surrounding the customer with a 360- degree brand message that drives customer engagement and consideration

- Integrate digital into all Innovation projects to drive product launch, trials, feedback and sales

- Drive online & offline activations, scout for online partnerships, CRM and database marketing

- Create framework for measurement of pre and post reach and promotion effectiveness

- Lead digital media research projects across the business generating actionable insights for the brand team to execute upon.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Leverage data and analytical insights to drive strategy and recommendations across business functions including website / social performance, data partnerships and programmatic campaign performance.

- Manage third party agencies, ad networks, other service providers and vendors in the debriefing and execution of eCommerce and media strategies.
