Position Title Manager - Digital Marketing & CRM Position Level: TBD Function: Marketing Sub Function: IFCN Location: Gurgaon Function Management Committee member: Marketing Director C & B: Local India Date Prepared: 27th Aug 2018 Reporting To: Marketing Manager - IFCN Indirect Report/s: Product Specialist, IFCN Other Working Relationship/s : - Local - Enfa Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Sales & Trade Sales - Regional - Regional CRM team External Working Relationship/s : - External Agencies and Vendor partners PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE: This role would be responsible for supporting the India IFCN business in driving effective Digital Marketing initiatives, and leading the CRM program for Pre-natal and toddler segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Digital Marketing: - Drive and implement initiatives for all franchise according to global guidelines. Digital initiatives include websites strategy and design, social media, mobile, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, etc. - Ensure plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across all digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectives. - Managing the resources (human, financial, internal and external) and relationships dedicated to the achievement of the agreed strategic goals for Digital. - Ensure all IFCN brands messaging and key visuals is reflected consistently across all Digital initiatives. - Partner with Regional Marketing for Digital and CRM to ensure strategic alignment with Global guidelines and objectives and on-time delivery of digital initiatives. - Manage third party digital agencies by providing directions in the development of our Digital Marketing Strategy as well as collaborating with the concerned agencies in the execution of related specific programs. - Support e-com function in delivering IFCN business objectives. CRM: - Develop and communicate the vision and strategy of CRM. - Building and operating the requisite infrastructure to meet annual retention, loyalty and market share goals of the business. - Understanding overall franchise objectives and translating them into effective CRM actions. - Leading the development and execution of CRM programs, integrating people, process and technology, affecting different cross-functional teams (Trade, Medical, and Brand). - Utilizing consumer data and insights, recommending opportunities at strategic and tactical levels to improve competitiveness. - Using CRM information to help shape, modify or focus CRM approaches or tactics to strengthen word of mouth over the brands and maximizing lifetime value/revenue of target consumers. - Oversee and manage the MJN Call center by providing direction, supervision, and guidance to consumer care team to ensure smooth daily operations and drive performance to achieve set KPI goals. Capability building: - Build effective CRM best practices to be leveraged across RB Health brands. Execute Key Innovation Projects: - Drive key innovation projects that are identified as Digital-first. - Drive cross-functional project management teams to deliver new launches as per calendar. - Develop messaging for both consumer and Medical channels for effectivecommunication of a new proposition. REQUIREMENTS: Educational Attainment Requirement: - Graduate with full-time MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing. - Any Digital /CRM Marketing certification preferred. Professional background: - 4/5 years- experience in digital marketing in any organization of strong repute. - Worked in FMCG or e-commerce. - Managed and executed corporate communication through a website and social media. - Developed contents and dialogue to communicate in digital communities. - Directed agencies and vendors to build and manage integrated social optimization (SEO/SEM). - Demonstrated organizational, negotiation and communication skills. - Worked with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver business results. - Proven successful digital project/campaign track records. - Proficient in digital communication tools include; website, facebook, tweeter, forums, blogs, youtube, mobile app. - Knowledge in social optimization (SEO/SEM/PPC) and keywords search. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, CRM, and business planning. - Strategic thinking to map out a business plan and translate into execution programs. - Knowledge of the role of and potential for technology to drive competitive advantage in digital marketing. - Knowledge and experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
