- Driving mobile app development
- Driving social media
- Managing the digital agency Major Areas of Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing as part of Annual Marketing Plan:
Participate along with the Consumer Products Segment (CPS) Brand Marketing team and help craft the allocation of spends for Digital
Work out the Digital Marketing initiatives by category, product class
- Craft digital marketing strategy for in-house ecommerce
Hero categories & SKUs
Times of the year suitable for online campaigns
- Pricing strategy vis-a-vis trade & 3rd party ecommerce websites
Design online campaigns along with digital agency
- Create & implement proper Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) metrics for the website
- Draw up digital marketing interventions for 3rd party ecommerce websites (Amazon, Flipkart, others):
- Drive category & SKU product strategy o Drive pricing strategy vis-a-vis trade
Track sales trends of self & competition, track special events like - Big Billion Day-, - Great Indian Sale-, craft product & pricing strategy for these special days
Drive marketing in terms of videos, A+ content, snaps to enhance product attractiveness & sales
- Social Media marketing strategy:
Study the different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and figure out a route to action basis their individual behaviours
- Drive the marketing strategy in terms of organic & inorganic interventions
- Work out a marketing calendar basis the above media
Roll out marketing calendar and have strong M&E metrics for the same
- Mobile Digital Marketing:
Drive development of Mobile App for CPS
- Ensure freshness & excitement of the app to attract downloads & sales
- Interaction with Digital Agency:
Study the terms & conditions of the Digital Agency
Work out a regular review mechanism
- Set up process for briefing the agency
Act as a single point of reference who shall compile marketing
