Develop and implement strategy for lead generation on various digital platforms. 4. Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads etc.) for organisations Competency Development programme. 5. Enhance brand awareness in the digital space. 6. Developing and managing content to drive traffic to the website. 7. Co-ordination with the Sales team to improve efficiency and ROI. 8. Performance Analysis to drive more results. 9. Budget planning for Learning programme and drive best possible results. 10. Monthly, quarterly and annually Marketing Benchmark Report. 11. CRM and IVR portal insights to track source wise conversion percentage. 12. Competitor analysis to stay ahead with competition. 13. Brainstorming on new ideas to cater maximum market share for multiple programme. 14. Assistance in tracking audience behavior and develop strategy to improve ROI. 15. Worked on Several marketing tools like SEMrush, Keyword Planner, Power Bi, Web Analytics, Similarweb etc. The budgeted compensation for the position is attractive.
