1. JOB DETAILS :
Position Title : Digital Marketing Manager
Reports to : Head - Marketing
Department : Marketing
Function : Business
2. JOB PURPOSE : Role would involve working on digital engagement channels as well as digital sales enablement
3. JOB DIMENSIONS :
- Number of Staff Supervised: 2-3
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performance Indicators (KPI) :
- Working on Digital strategy for all product lines
- Work across website, digital channels, etc. to generate leads and conversions while managing the overall digital marketing budget
- Work with digital agencies to execute the company strategy on digital platforms
- Own the website from a design, experience and customer journey perspective
- Drive traffic to the website through SEO/SEM
- Leveraging the website for promoting the brand as well as generating leads through website visits
- Reputation management through the various social media channels of the company
5. JOB CONTEXT .
This is a critical role as the incumbent will be managing a critical channel for the company - digital. Not only will he/she have the responsibility of being the brand custodian across digital assets but would be a critical stakeholder for all the business heads in terms of driving their online sales effort.
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :
Ideal Candidate:
1. Digital Marketing experience mandatory
2. Prior experience within BFSI industry
3. NBFC experience preferred
Qualification & Experience :
1. Full time MBA from tier 1/tier 2 b school is mandatory
2. Minimum 2-4 years of work experience
