What is the role's objective?

Digital Marketing

- To effectively run a campaign and ensure the Journey of the campaign is user-friendly and smooth - E.g. Segmentation/ hyper-personalization and target marketing.

- Manage email delivery engines- Net core, Mail chimp HTML conversions and execution for emails

- Execute campaign strategies across different dissemination channels.

- Monitor, manage and suggest improvement on campaign performance

- Identify right analytics framework for measuring effectiveness of different platforms like - WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Call Centre, etc

- Manage and brief agencies/stakeholders for creation of landing pages

- Plan and execute and measure experiments and conversion test and suggest improvements

- Management of automation and scaling of personalized marketing for distributors

- Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and prospective for adoption where appropriate - e.g. Where new emerging technologies can help in performance/mentoring and reduce spends.

- Create automated channel for one to many communication - Whatsapp for distributors

- Update and Maintain the IFA section of the website and monitor them continuously

- Maintain digital properties and work closely with the development work for product gamification.

Measurement and reporting:

- Measure and report performance of all engagement (online/offline) and access them against goals- Web Ex calls, Events, FM calls, event sponsorships, etc

- Identify trends and insights from campaigns and optimize spends based on the insight.

- Share actionable insights with sales team from RMX, Facebook, inbound call center and other distribution touchpoint, and apprise them of low hanging fruits

What skills do you need to possess?

- Process Driven and Framework Oriented with digital mindset

- Knowledge of data analytics and cleansing

- Worked on CDP/Marketing automation platform

- Experience in A/B testing, optimizing landing pages, User funnels.

- Experience of SQL, HTML, JavaScript. Tableau, Python would help

- Understands data visualization

- Knowledge of Mutual Fund is essential

What is the prior experience needed?

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing

What qualification you should have?

- MBA or any equivalent degree
