- Media planning and buying for digital advertising to meet marketing/ business objectives
- Plan and lead the direction of internet marketing initiatives through strategy and implementation across all marketing channels/activities: SEO (Google Web Master& Analytics), SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display Ads, Re-targeting, Paid Campaigns, etc.
- Develop and execute strategy & road-map for digital campaigns.
- Instrumental in identifying conversion points and user funnels as per analytical tools. Also optimize marketing spend based on data and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Review technologies and explore emerging trends in the digital landscape and technology to find ways to more effectively deliver the business objectives.
- Focus on client acquisition through digital marketing
- Work with the Business SBUs to plan and implement all digital campaign collateral while keeping in mind consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop digital communications as per brief
- Work with analytics tools and 3rd party providers to spot trends, predict behaviors and devise outreach and performance strategies accordingly

Education Qualification:
MBA (Specializing in Marketing) from a recognized university. Short course on Digital Marketing is a plus.
Experience:
4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and online in an agency or services brand; leading and managing performance campaigns that include Email, Affiliate, SEM, social etc.
Salary offered: 8-10LPA
