Company has grown over the last few years. We have successfully served retail clients in Bangalore for the past 20 years. We see there is immense unexplored possibilities to engage with corporate in serving their employees. Some of these possibilities are run of the mill corporate engagements other are yet to be discovered and innovated. We also need to define our co-promotion opportunities with high profile Brands that can promote various our Service Lines.

We wants a champion in their team who can with the entrepreneurial mindset lead the drive to create new bridges with the corporate clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth.

- Ideate, manage and execute campaigns on social media platforms (facebook, linkedin, twitter)

- Ensure brand coherence and strict adherence to brand guidelines on such platforms

- Identify target customer segments in the formulation of customer acquisition strategies.

- Test new venues for customer and lead generation.

- Develop Marketing strategies that ensure customer base growth with profitable returns.

- Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third party tools, and ability to integrate these tools

Seek out new partnerships for Co-Marketing opportunities.

- Manage a team of Marketing professionals and Data Analysts.

- Manage Marketing Budget across various online and offline marketing activities.

Our Expectations:

- Strong experience into Digital Marketing with exposure into SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, ADWORDS, ANALYTICS

- Proven track record with running PPC campaigns, social media and email marketing.

- Excellent analytical abilities to understand various business metrics, to drive marketing decisions.

- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
