Manager Digital Marketing

We are hiring Manager Digital Marketing with one of the leading brand in high-end cosmetics & perfumes.

Company :- One of the leading Branch in Cosmetics & Perfumes

Location:- Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute all digital marketing campaigns, on Google SEM, Affiliates and Facebook, Instagram.

- Content ideation & execution: Work with the graphic designers to develop required creatives

- Understanding of the customer journey on the website at a funnel level. Should be able to build different targeting

strategies for TOF, MOF & BOF audiences on the paid channels.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Should have good knowledge of platforms like - Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ad words, Google Keyword Planner, Google merchant center, GTM.

- Should understand the affiliates business.

- Should be able to troubleshoot & identify common technical glitches on different Ads platform

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Instrument conversion points and help optimize user funnels.

Desired Skills:

- Demonstrable experience setting up and optimizing paid search & display campaigns Google AdWords,

- Experience with A/B experiments

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Expert knowledge about various paid marketing strategies

- Knowledge and exposure of Content & Creative strategy

- Should be able to work on Google analytics and other relevant tools for data analysis

- Understanding of the KPIs relevant to digital marketing - CTR, CVR, Impressions, Sessions, Revenue, CPC, CPS,

Revenue, Transactions, ROAS etc.

- Inquisitive, insightful and thoughtful
