The quality of every product is unmatched, apart from being sophisticated and subtle at the same time.

They provide a platform to new and upcoming designers, giving a chance to age-old craftsmen and artisans to showcase their products and designs to an international market. Founded by an engineer, with a passion for Indian handicrafts and dedication towards creating and curating vintage quality products.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns.

What you will do:

- Planning and executing all web, SEM, database marketing, PLA, and display advertising campaigns on the basis of CPA, ROAS

- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights

- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizing user experience

- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, customer touchpoints and funnels

- Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizing user funnels

- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights

- Being responsible for measuring the deliverables for each and every Campaigns in terms TG, ROAS, CPA, CTR, Funnels, Impression, Keywords

What you need to have:

- Hands on experience on Facebook Business Manager & Google Adword is required

- Sound knowledge into PPC

- Proven working experience into Ecommerce and PPC

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest trends and best practices in PPC and measurement

- In-depth, hands-on experience in Facebook Marketing and Google Adwords

- Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Candidates with e commerce marketing experience are preferred
