Primary responsibilities and deliverables :
- Lead the strategic dissemination of organization's digital content by applying best-in-class practices.
- Drive the digital strategy of the organization.
- Co-design and revamp the organization's corporate website.
- Identify and manage agencies and vendors to amplify organization's work across a range of digital platforms.
- Develop SEO, SEM & content strategy and provided UX & UI suggestions based on data insights.
- Conceptualize and lead digital campaigns to humanize climate change and sustainability.
- Lead/assist the development of new digital dashboards and tools.
- Periodically analyze the digital landscape and map competitors to optimize organization's long-term digital strategy.
- Play a key role in designing digital journeys for a range of audiences.
- Measure and report performance of all digital properties/campaigns and assesses against goals.
- Support the design and execution of social media strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and any new platform that the organization leverages.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Stay up to date with latest digital trends and emerging platforms.
Other responsibilities:
- Provide on-ground support for the organization's events.
- Support the Outreach team in other tasks as and when required.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities above, the individual should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional tasks.
Experience and required skills :
- 3-5 years experience in digital strategy, digital marketing or a similar role
- Prior experience with a leading digital marketing agency will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Agile project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Desired skills:
- Excellent analytical ability
- Excellent content marketing ability
- Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, SCO and digital media analytics tools
- Specialization in digital advertising
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Drupal, WordPress and other CMS tools
- Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking on digital communications
