- Manage customer research, derive customer insights and position for various segments
- Design and Implement 360 degree integrated marketing communication for product launches
- Create promotional & seasonal campaigns to achieve sales objectives
- Launched the program post extensive customer research with a 360 degree marketing plan including ATL (TVC, Radio, Outdoor), BTL (Branch visibility, BTL Activations), digital marketing and social media marketing campaign
- Designed customer life cycle management system for the program and use of innovative marketing tools to increase customer awareness & participation in the program (digital and app)
- Managing the annual marketing budget
- The role incumbent has to closely work with IT, PDQ, PC product team, ERM and external partners (Brokers, banks, other integration partners and digital agencies) to Operate with clear objective to over achieve annual budget.
- Ensure new integrations, website revamp and other key projects are delivered on time and deliver incremental business growth with respective e-Biz teams
- This position operationally manages e-business on day to day basis. All media campaigns, lead management, team coordination and reporting are some of the key responsibilities managed by this resource
